Nigeria head coach Gernot Rohr has named a 23-man squad to face Central African Republic in a double header in October for the matchday 3 and 4 of the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup qualifiers.
Super Eagles won both of their first two games and are on top of Group C with six points.
Now, Rohr named a squad which can continue the good work in order to boost Nigeria’s next round qualification hopes.

The German gaffer handed a first senior team call-up to Calvin Bassey. A left-back who plays for Steven Gerrard’s Rangers FC.
However, Wilfred Ndidi and Oghenekaro Etebo are ruled out with injuries while Hoffenheim’s Kevin Akpoguma is back into the Super Eagles team.
Nigeria will first host Central African Republic on October 7 before making a trip to Bangui three days later for the reverse fixture.
