Rangers International goalkeeper, Saidu Mutawakilu, said they are not going to start the 2021-2022 Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL season under pressure.
The Flying Antelopes will kick off the new season with a trip to Muhammadu Dikko Stadium Katsina against Katsina United on December 17.
Mutawakilu was between the sticks when Rangers lost 2-0 to Katsina United las season at the same venue.

The Ghanaian goalkeeper who kept five clean sheet las season for the Flying Antelopes in 12 appearances said the arrival of their new coach, Abdul Maikaba would help them when the season gets underway.
He said, “We have a new coach with new tactics and the new spirit the coach is bringing is very superb and I am confident that this season will be very good.”
“Football is being played ninety minutes and wherever you play, so far as your team is very good, and as far as you listen to the coach’s instructions.
“It does not matter whether you play at home or away because you will always come out with a good result with God’ .grace
“So, we will not play under any pressure in the coming season as we have all it takes to achieve our set targets.”
Rangers finished seventh last season but will hope to do better under their new manager.
