AFCON We Are Ready To Fight For Our Country-Onana Assures Eto’o

Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana has promised the Cameroon Football Federation president Samuel Eto’o that they will win the African Cup of Nations title.

The Ajax goalkeeper in a tweet on his official Twitter account in a picture with the former Indomitable Lions forward who visited them on Friday.

He wrote:

This Sunday the dream begins. I wish all the teams the best of luck and wish all the fans to enjoy this wonderful country, Cameroon.

“We are ready to fight for our country. Mr. President @SamuelEtoo, we are looking forward to the first success in your new phase.”

Cameroon opening game will be against Burkina Faso on January 9 in Group A.

Their second game will be against Ethiopia before wrapping up the group against Cape Verse.

The Indomitable Lions were knocked out of the AFCON in Egypt by the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
