There was no winner between Sudan and Guinea-Bissau who played the last game of Group D in this AFCON 2021 matchday 1.

Guinea-Bissau will return home with a lot of regrets as they were given the chance in the last minutes of the game to score but Pelé threw it away as Sudan goalkeeper Ali Abu Eshrein saved his penalty.

Baciro Condé’s men dominated the encounter but failed to make it count and will have to correct it before facing a frustrated Egypt team who lost against Nigeria earlier, next Saturday.
