AFCON Andre Ayew vows ‘Ghana will bounce back’ from awful AFCON 2021 campaign

Ghana Black Stars captain Andre Ayew reassured fans that the West African giants will bounce back from their poor 2021 Africa Cup of nations (AFCON) campaign which saw them knocked out early in the group stages.

This AFCON 2021 is undoubtedly the worst of Ghana’s whole history as they failed to register a single victory for the first time in their history.

And Black Stars skipper Ayew who was sent off just after 25 minutes of play against Comoros for a tackle on the debutants’ goalkeeper, promised Milovan Rajevac’s team will bounce back.

“The goals we conceded v Morocco and Gabon..you can see there was a lot of luck. We will bounce back,” Andre Ayew said at full-time.
