Rigobert Song is the new Indomitable Lions head coach, Cameroon Sports Ministry announced on Monday evening as Portuguese manager Antonio Conceiçao is sacked.

Toni Conceiçao’s future was cloudy since he failed to guide Cameroon to AFCON glory on their home soil.

The Bronze medal won against Burkina Faso didn’t help the 60-year old in keeping his job and a FECAFOOT statement signed by its president Samuel Eto’o confirmed his departure.
