Al Ahly are capable of playing anywhere and deliver the goods, coach Pitso Mosimane has said.

He said this ahead of Al Ahly’s CAF Champions League final meeting with Moroccan hosts Wydad Casablanca on Monday.

“We can play anywhere, and this is the reason why we are here in Morocco. We will not speak about anything except the game. I am totally focused on the match, but this does not mean that the outer factors can not affect the game, such as the fans and the stadium. However, we are totally focused on the game,” Mosimane told a pre-match news conference on Sunday. 

The build up to the match has been full of tension after the Egyptians argued that playing one leg in Morocco gives Wydad Casablanca an unfair advantage.

However, the Court of Sports Arbitration dismissed Al Ahly’s complaint saying CAF made the decision that Morocco should host the final well before the identity of the finalists were known.
