Real Madrid We Deserve To Win This Competition- Ancelotti Speaks After Fourth UCL Title

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti said his side deserved to win the UEFA Champions League was delighted to have won the title four times.

Real Madrid capped their scintilating 2021/2022 season with the UEFA Champions League having already won the La Liga title.

The Los Blancos defeated Liverpool 1-0 at Stade De France courtesy of a second half goal scored by Vinicius Junior.

Ancelotti who had won the title with the Spanish giants in his post-match conference admitted it was a difficult game.

“I cannot believe I’ve won four Champions Leagues! It was a difficult game, we suffered in the first half but in the end with all the games we played I think we deserved to win this competition.

“We’ve achieved something that nobody expected of us at the start of the season, and we’ve done that thanks to our quality, our commitment, our history, everything.

“We’re very happy.”
