Egyptian Players abroad Salah Breaks Silence On Missing Out UEFA Champions League Title

Mohamed Salah has finally broken silence on Liverpool’s failure to win the 2021/2022 UEFA Champions League season.

Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 1-0 courtesy of a Vinicius Junior second half goal.

Salah who was substituted in the 2018 final after he was injured by Sergio Ramos.

Salah in a tweet said their quest was to bring the title back but unfortunately, they could not.

I cannot express in words how much we wanted to bring that trophy back to Liverpool but in the end we couldn’t.

“I cannot thank the fans enough for your support.

“It has been a very long season but a part of me wishes the next one starts again tomorrow.”
