Senegal star Sadio Mane is getting closer and closer to a departure from Liverpool as he reached a full verbal agreement with Bayern Munich which is his priority.

Mane has been linking with a move to the German giants since the end of the 2021/22 and even before as he was doubtful over his stay at Liverpool ahead of the UEFA Champions league against Real Madrid.

Now that the Reds have signed Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez, it is clear that they are ready to let Mane go as they’re building a new trio with Salah and Luis Diaz.

After rejecting Bayern Munich’s first two proposals for the 30-year old, Liverpool officials could accept the third one as the Bundesliga champions are preparing a new bid for Mane.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Sadio Mane himself has reached a full verbal agreement with Bayern Munich over his transfer to Germany.

A 3-year contract awaits the AFCON 2021 winner at the Allianz Arena as Bayern Munich has been always his priority.

The upcoming days are going to be decisive for the final details of the deal for Mane to complete the move.
