Former Orlando Pirates coach and recent Egypt assistant Roger de Sa revealed that Pitso Mosimane is really on his way to Qatar as widespread reports have claimed in the past few days.

Roger de SA, who was recently the assistant coach in the Egypt national side, believes that Pitso, known as “Jingles,” will be continuing his already sparkling coaching career at an unnamed club in Qatar.

The former Pirates coach added to suggest that Pitso will be switching to a less competitive league. But the financial opportunity is all worth it.

“Pitso is going to Qatar.” De Sa told KickOff.

“It’s a different league, it’s a different set-up. But the money will be better.” He added.

Roger de SA also revealed that Pitso’s frank manner of stating his strong opinions which are typically shocking and controversial could be make him leave the Red Devils.

“His relationship with the Egyptians was a love-hate relationship at times. Pitso is outspoken as we all know, and he will always speak his mind.

“So he had that scenario, but he did well. I mean, he kept taking the team to the Champions League final

“With the most recent final, the fact that it was played in Morocco was probably the reason why he didn’t win it.“

“I think he did an excellent job. I attended many Al Ahly matches. And the supporters were quite good to him.

“I know some Egyptian reporters were quite negative towards him at times. But you’ll always have some controversy.” De Sa concluded.
