Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund are said to be keen on signing Ivory Coast and Ajax Amsterdam striker Sebastien Haller to replace Erling Haaland in their offensive line.

Haaland left Dortmund this summer after two seasons spent in Germany where he convinced everyone with his stellar performances.

The 21-year old then moved to Manchester City where Pep Guardiola was waiting for him and pen down a four-year contract with the Sky Blues.

So far, BVB have been looking for his replacement and it seems that they have now found him.

According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund have decided to sign Sebastien Haller from Ajax with the 27-year old being also interested in the move.

The German tabloid reveals that Dortmund officials are willing to offer only €33m plus add-ons to Ajax while the Dutch side is demanding €38m plus bonuses.

Both sides are still in talks to reach an agreement for the deal to be materialized.

Last season, the former West Ham striker scored 34 goals with 11 of them coming up in the UEFA Champions league and provided 9 assists in 42 appearances across all competitions.
