According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea and Leeds United have reached an agreement over a €70/75m fee for Raphinha’s transfer fee.
With Todd Boehly himself being involved in the negotiations, Chelsea are now looking forward to reaching an agreement on personal terms with the player.
Romano adds that the club have already sent an offer to Raphinha and his agent, Deco who also played for Chelsea in the past.
Boehly wants the deal to be completed as soon as possible in order to avoid any kind of surprise.
