Former Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL champions, Kano Pillars football club has congratulated Rivers United football club for emerging champions of 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional football league Season.

A statement signed by the Media Officer of the former champions Rilwanu Idris Malikawa facilitated with Rivers United management, players and technical Crew for their commitments in making the club to emerge champions for this season.

“On behalf of Kano Pillars football club management, players, technical Crew and entire family of the club we wish to congratulate Pride of Rivers for becoming champions of the 2021/2022 Npfl with three weeks to rounded up the Season”, Malikawa said.
