The outstanding hosts and the seasoned defending champions Nigeria are set to square off in an exciting against Morocco in the second semifinal of the 2022 WAFCON.
At the Prince Moulay Abdallah Stadium in Rabat, the semifinal match between Nigeria and Morocco for the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (Wafcon) offers the chance to win a ticket to Saturday’s championship game.
After progressing to this stage of the competition, both sides have already qualified for the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2019.

But very few things even come close to winning the most important female championship on the continent.
And when they square off on Monday night, it will be the only goal for both teams.
The two previous matches between Morocco and Nigeria at the Wafcon should not be fondly remembered by Morocco.
The Falcons thrashed the Lionesses 8-0 at home during their first-ever encounter during the group round of the 1998 competition. The worst football defeat in Moroccan history is still that one.
Nigeria handed South Africa (Wafcon 2000), where the two teams once again faced off, a 6-0 drubbing.
On both occasions, the Falcons went on to win the trophy.
However, motivated by the 50,000 spectators who are anticipated at the Moulay Abdellah Complex, Morocco will try to defeat their West African sisters for the third time in a row.
