Banyana Banyan of South Africa forward, Thembi Kgatlana has confirmed that her surgery was a success as she is set to miss the WAFCON 2022 final against Morocco.
Kgatlana missed the Banyana Banyana semi-final game against Zambia due to an injury that ruled her out of the WAFCON 2022.
The forward confirmed that she underwent the surgery successfully and thanked his supporters for their unconditional show of love.

She wrote on her Twitter;
“By the grace of God, my surgery was successful.
“Thank you for your heartfelt messages and unconditional love, they have been my strength and comfort.
“The Lord has been the centre of this injury, and he gave me internal peace.”
