It was the Zambia who got the goal through youngster Evarine Katongo, who released a thunderbolt from outside the box but hit the goal post.

The ball bounced off goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and found it’s way way into the back of the net.

The Super Falcons who have won the competition a record nine times would have a lot to do to overturn the result in the second half.

However, the question is will the Copper Queens allow their chance of getting their first WAFCON medal blown away?

Second half has a lot to unveil as the first half ended 1-0 in favour of Zambia.
