AWCON (Africa Women’s Cup of Nations) 2022 final will see host Morocco take on the Banyana Banyana of South Africa tonight at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

The Atlas Lionesses and the Banyana Banyana have never won the competition but Desiree Ellis’ girls reached the final in five occasions namely in 1995, 2000, 2008, 2012 and 2018.

Now it’s time for the South African to break the curse but it’s not going to be easy for them as Moroccans are at home.
