CAF Champions League CAF Women’s Champions League: Bayelsa Queens Through To Semi-final

Bayelsa Queens are through to the semi final of this season’s CAF Women’s Champions League following a 3-0 win against Wadi Degla.

The Prosperity Girls bounced back from their shocking opening game loss against Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.

However, they picked theie first victory against TP Mazembe Ladies on Thursday and needed a victory to reach the last four.

The Nigeria Women Football League NWFL Champions showed their desires to reach the last four as Sunday Juliet scored the opener in the 8th minute.

Itimi Mercy went on to net a brace in the 48th and 53rd minute to join Mamelodi Sundowns from the group.

Bayelsa Queens will now face ASFAR of Morocco in the semi-final.

Bayelsa Queens are now the first Nigerian Women club to reach the last four of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
