Nigeria NFF Reduces Registration Cost For Federation Cup Competition

The Nigeria Football Federation NFF Executive Committee has reduced the registration costs clubs must pay to compete in this year’s Federation Cup competition.

The cost for female clubs to compete in this year’s championship is N50,000, compared to N70,000 for male clubs.

The NFF Board decided to reduce the prices downwards to encourage many more teams to compete in this year’s competition in both the men’s and women’s categories, NFF’s acting director of competitions Ruth David revealed to thenff.com.

The program itself has not changed from what was formally conveyed to the Football Association in the 36 States and the FCT, despite the lower registration prices.
