After Lionel Messi’s triumph, FIFA published the Men’s Best Player voting results in full with three African players included.

Senegal star Sadio Mane is the highest on the table as he has been ranked 6th behind Erling Haaland.

The former Liverpool star got 19 points from the votes while ex-teammate Mohamed Salah had only 2.

Achraf Hakimi is eighth on the ranking as he played a pivotal role in Morocco’s World Cup fairytaile in Qatar where Atlas Lions became the first African nation to reach the semifinals.
