A definitive date has been set for the 2023 CAF 45th Ordinary Congress which will take place in Cotonou, Benin Republic.

Yesterday, the 73rd Congress of the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) was convened in Kigali, Rwanda.

A large number of football officials and former players were present to see the historic occasions where late Brazilian football great Pele was honored.

The 45th ordinary congress of the organization will take place on July 13, 2023, according to an update from CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

One of the major events will be the announcement of the African Cup of Nations host for 2025. Five nations are competing to host the biannual competition.
