
Following a quarterfinal draw against Europa League experts Sevilla, Manchester United will play their third straight Spanish opponent.
The Europa League quarterfinal matchup between Erik ten Hag’s team and Seville will take place next month. The team has already defeated Real Betis and Barcelona.
If United defeats Sevilla in the subsequent round, they will play the winner of Juventus’ match with Sporting, the group that eliminated Arsenal on Thursday.

Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen will play Union Saint-Gilloise, the sister team of Premier League team Brighton, while Jose Mourinho’s Roma will play Feyenoord in a rematch of last year’s European Conference League final.
Sevilla, who have won six Europa League championships since 2006, will be United’s opponent in this matchup.
The Andalucian team’s most recent victory occurred in 2020, when Sevilla defeated United in the semi-final round.
