Ghana Black Stars held their first training session on Monday as they prepare to take on Angola on Thursday as part of the 2023 AFCON qualifying games.

The Black Stars are reunited for the first time since the World in Qatar and their shocking elimination from the group stage.

The Ghana national team starts a new journey under Chris Hughton guidance as the British tactician replaces Otto Addo.

From Monday’s session, the likes of Andre Ayew, Inaki Williams, Daniel Amartey, Antoine Semenyo were all there.

The team will hold another training this morning in Accra before making the trip to Kumasi where they will face Angola.

Black Stars are currently on top of Group E with 4 points out of 2 games and can seal their qualification for the next AFCON in Côte d’Ivoire should they claim all six points against Angola on Thursday.
