The three goalkeepers in camp (Francis Uzoho, Victor Sochima, and Kingsley Aniagboso) were alternated in between the sticks for five penalties.

Considerable attention was focused on Francis Uzoho, who was in the goalpost for ten penalties but only saved three.

The workout began with the Potential XI (Team A) facing Team B in order to refine the tactics ahead of Friday’s AFCON qualification match between Nigeria and Guinea Bissau.

After making some alterations, the possible starting XI for the Super Eagles is Francis Uzoho in goal, with Kelvin Akpoguma, Calvin Bassey, Bright Osayi Samuel, and Sanusi forming the four-man defense.

Wilfred Ndidi and Alex Iwobi played as holding midfielders, with Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon on the wings, and Victor Osimhen and Kelechi Iheanacho as double strikers.

Team B’s defenders are Kenneth Omeruo, Semi Ajayi, Daniel Bamaiyi, and Bruno Onyemaechi, with Frank Onyeka and Joe Aribo in the center.

The team was completed by Ahmed Musa, Paul Onuachu, Ademola Lookman, and Terem Moffi.

Nigeria will face Guinea Bissau in a top-of-the-table clash in the 2023 African Nations Cup qualifier on Friday at 5:00 p.m. in Abuja.
