Following the club’s underwhelming performance, the management of Zambia Premier League side Zanaco FC has parted ways with former Nigerian Super Eagles assistant coach Emmanuel Amuneke.
Former Nigeria international joined the club as a coaching consultant a few months ago, working alongside Emeka Amadi as his assistant.
Zanaco has struggled recently, and they were defeated at home by NAPSA stars.

Apart from Amuneke, the club’s head coach, Kelvin Kaindu, was also fired.
Meanwhile, Wedson Nyireda, a former national team coach, has been appointed as interim coach until the end of the season.
