Algerian right-winger Riyad Mahrez is now the African player with most Premier League titles as he celebrates again with Manchester City.
The 32-year old joined the Cityzens in July 2018 and has so far enjoyed many silverwares with the Manchester side.
Despite not being a regular starter, Mahrez scored 5 goals and provided 10 assists in 27 league appearances to help Man City win the Premier League.
This is the fifth for the 2019 AFCON winner who won it in 2018/19, 2020/21 and 2021/22 after that incredible 2015/16 title-winning season with Leicester City.
Chelsea legend and former Ivory Coast national team captain Didier Drogba is second on the list with 4 Premier League titles with the Blues.
The third is Yaya Toure who won it three times during his dazzling career with Manchester City.
Mahrez has a contract until 2025 and can win the treble this season as Man City still has a FA Cup final against Man United and a Champions league final against Inter Milan.
