On Saturday night, the Flying Eagles of Nigeria will play Brazil in their final Group D match in a highly anticipated matchup at the FIFA U20 World Cup.
Nigeria has been in outstanding form, winning back-to-back games over Italy and the Dominican Republic.
Brazil’s tournament also got off to a rocky start with a loss to Italy before rebounding with a convincing victory against the Dominican Republic.
The Flying Eagles have already advanced to the tournament’s knockout stages. But if the West Africans win or draw, they would clinch first place in the group and possibly receive a friendly foe in the Round of 16.
Despite having only three points, the Brazilians can still win Group D if they defeat Nigeria.
This matchup between two football powerhouses promises to be an exciting contest with a lot on the line for both teams.
