Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola hails Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana as one of the best in the world at the moment ahead of UEFA Champions league final on Saturday.
The Cityzens and the Nerazzurri will face off in what is the game of the year as everyone awaits it.
Inter Milan won the trophy twice with the last one being in 2010 with Samuel Eto’o, Milito and co.
This season, one of Inter’s major assets is also a Cameroonian, but a goalkeeper.
Andre Onana has been outstanding since the start of the season especially in Champions league for the Italian side.
The 27-year old has 8 clean sheets in 12 UCL appearances so far and is a great threat for City’s Champions league dream.
“They are a team with a lot of history, they have done really well with the shape, it’s not just how good they defend”, Guardiola said in his pre-match press conference.
“It’s how good they are in transitions and linking with the strikers. They have a real good process, starting from [Andre] Onana, an exceptional goalkeeper in the build-up – one of the best in the world right now.”
