Africa Soccer Kigali To Serve As Headquarter For CAF Super League

The newly formed African Football League will be based in Rwanda’s capital city of Kigali.

The development was verified by Zephanie Niyonkuru, the Permanent Secretary in charge of Sports, who also gave his approval for a strategic alliance with African Football League Limited.

Niyonkuru emphasized that lengthy conversations and teamwork are still taking place as the team works carefully to complete the details of this important development.

The 24 clubs were to be separated into three regional groups (North Africa, Central and West Africa, and Southern and East Africa); however, the number decreased as the majority of the teams either failed to qualify or voluntarily withdrew.
