
Abubakar Bala is no longer the head coach of Lobi Stars in the Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL.
According to reports, Bala’s resignation was caused by a disagreement with Dominic Iorfa, the club’s vice chairman.
The young manager took over at Lobi Stars in July when Mohammed Babaganaru, the team’s former manager, had his contract not renewed.

Last season, Bala was in charge of Niger Niger Tornadoes, a different NPFL team.
Before the start of the 2023–24 NPFL season, Lobi Stars are now predicted to name a new head coach.
The NPFL board has not yet revealed the date on which the new season will begin.
