Friendly Nigeria : Peseiro names 25-man squad for Saudi Arabia, Mozambique friendlies

Nigeria Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro has named a 25-man squad for October friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.

The Super Eagles will be back in action for their nation this month in the FIFA international break.

After qualifying for 2023 AFCON in Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria will takeon Roberto Mancini’s Saudi Arabia and Mozambique this month.

The first clash with Saudi national team will be played on October 13 while the second against Mozambique will come three days later (October 16).

Super Eagles will camp in Portugal where they will play both games in preparations of 2026 World Cup qualifiers which start in November.

Goalkeepers : Francis Uzoho, Adebayo Ayedele, Olorunleke Ojo

Defenders : Bright Osayi Samuel, Jordan Torunarigha, Ola Aina, Kenneth Omeruo, Bruno Onyemaechi, Semi Ajayi, Calvin Bassey, Jamilu Collins.

Midfielders : Wilfried Ndidi, Raphael Onyedika, Joe Aribo, Frank Onyeaka, Alex Iwobi, Fisayo Dele Bashiru

Forwards : Kelechi Iheanacho, Samuel Chukwueze, Moses Simon, Ademola Lookman, Victor Osimhen, Victor Boniface, Taiwo Awoniyi, Terem Moffi.
