
The Confederation of Africa Football CAF has. released the list for nominees for the various categories of the 2023 CAF Awards.
A statement on CAF website also revealed that the ceremony will be held on December 11 in the city of Marrakesh, Morocco.
US Alger, ASEC Mimosa, Mamelodi Sundowns, Al Ahly, Raja Casablanca, CR Belouizdad, Wydad Casablanca, Marumo Gallants, Esperance and Young Africans will compete for the men’s club of the year award.

Nominated for the National Team award of the year are Cape Verde, The Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Mauritania, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Senegal, Tanzania and Namibia.
Cameroon goalkeeper, Andre Onana and Moroccan goalkeeper, Yassine Bouno leads the race for the goalkeeper of the year award.
Super Eagles player, Gift Orban was nominate for the Young player of the year award in the men category alongside Senegalese quadruple of Amara Diouf, Pape Diop, Papa Amadou Diallo and Lamine Camara among others.
The Atlas Lions of Morocco head coach, Walid Regragui who led the team to reach the semi final of the world Cup in Qatar leads the nominees for the coach of the year award.
