Jacob Onyango’s 40th-minute goal and Amos Asembeka’s second-half penalty ensured three crucial points for Sofapaka. KCB’s sole goal came from Danson Namasaka. Gor Mahia’s unbeaten streak was disrupted with a 3-1 defeat against Kenya Police at Police Sacco Stadium.
Austine Odhiambo opened the scoring for Gor Mahia, but Kenneth Muguna’s 59th-minute goal sparked a comeback for Kenya Police. Tito Okello’s double in the 75th and 95th minutes secured victory. Meanwhile, Bidco United clinched a 1-0 triumph over Tusker. Douglas Mokaya’s strike from the edge of the box in the 32nd minute gave the visitors victory.
At Sudi Stadium, Posta Rangers emerged victorious with Mwema Dinken’s 80th-minute strike, while Muhoroni Youth held Kakamega Homeboyz to a goalless draw at Bukhungu Stadium. Despite the setback, Gor Mahia remains at the top of the league standings.
