Adidas has announced that the UCL Pro Ball London will be used for the remainder of the 2023–24 UEFA Champions League season, concluding in the final at Wembley Stadium on June 1.
With its striking design that features two roaring lions fighting among the stars, it honours London, the last host city.
In addition to representing the bravery and strength of the players and the grandeur of the most desired trophy in European club football, the lion also symbolises the rich history and culture of the UK and its capital city.
The ball has a variety of adidas performance technologies, such as the cutting-edge PRISMA surface pattern that gives top players in Europe even more accuracy.
Ultimate performance is guaranteed by the thermally-bonded seamless design, while the exterior texture coating provides a firm grip and total control.
Since 2001, adidas has been the UEFA Champions League’s official match ball supplier.
The two teams have had tremendous success together in both the men’s and women’s divisions.
