Nigeria Premier League NPFL: Agagbe Signs Contract Extension With Lobi Stars

Eugene Agagbe, head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL club,Lobi Stars, has signed a one year contract extension with the club.

Agagbe led the Pride of Benue to sixth place in the Nigeria Premier Football League, ended his previous contract at the end of the previous campaign.

Agagbe formally committed to serve as the team’s head coach for another two years, until 2026, according to a statement released by the organisation.

The club’s CEO and venture capitalist, Dominic Iorfa, stated that the decision to prolong his employment is in line with the team’s plans to soar to new heights the next season.

Agagbe, a charming coach, expressed his happiness at having his contract renewed with the team and promised not to let the opportunity pass him by.

He reaffirmed the club’s faith in the level of players who will compete in the 2024–2025 football season, adding that the choice to hire amateur players will support the club’s goal of exposing its players to a worldwide audience.
