Portugal and Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that when the time will come for him to retire, no one will be informed as far as the national team is concerned.

The five-time Ballon d’or winner is now 39 and will be 40 in February 2025.

Ronaldo knows he has no longer enough time to spend on the pitch but he feels fit to continue playing for the moment.

For hi club career, Cristiano Ronaldo admitted that Al-Nassr will probably be his last club while keeping it secret for his last game with Portugal.

“When I leave the national team, I will not tell anyone; it will be a very spontaneous decision on my part,” Ronaldo said during an interview with Portuguese channel NOW.

He added : “I don’t know if I’ll finish soon or in two or three years. But, possibly, it will be at Al Nassr. It’s the team where I’m happy, where I’m good, where I feel good, both in the country and in the league. That’s why, most likely I can finish my career at Al-Nassr. I’m very happy to play in the Arab league and I want to continue.”
