Bernhard Trares, Olaf Janßen, and Erdinç Sözer are the three persons who have collaborated with the German on a regular basis throughout the past few years.
Sözer is probably Labbadia’s first option because he is thought to be his most dependable helper.
Together, the two were employed by Bayer Leverkusen, VfB Stuttgart, VfL Wolfsburg, and Hertha Berlin, among other teams.
Following his June departure from Turkish side Samsunspor, he is currently unemployed.
Trares, a former centre defender, began working with Labbadia at Hamburg in 2015 and carried on their collaboration at VfB Stuttgart.
He doesn’t currently have a club either. Currently, Janßen is in charge of Viktoria Köln, the German team.
2018 saw him begin training with Labbadia after stints with Hertha Berlin and VfL Wolfsburg.
