German Bundesliga team, Augsburg have confirmed the signing of Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka in a season long loan deal.
Onyeka will now reunite with Augsburg Jess Thorup who he played under at Danish first division club FC Midtjylland.
The club in a statement said the term of the loan deal has been kept confidential.

The player will not be available for Augsburg game this weekend as he will travel to Nigeria for the AFCON 2025 qualifiers against Benin Republic a d Rwanda and will return to Germany after the games.
Shortly before the transfer window closed, FC Augsburg managed to sign a reinforcement for central midfield: Nigerian international Frank Onyeka will be loaned from Premier League club FC Brentford for one season.
The terms of the loan deal have been kept confidential.
“With the loan to FC Augsburg, I hope to get a lot of playing time and am looking forward to being able to play an active role in the team straight away.

Frank Onyeka will play for his home country Nigeria during the international break and will compete in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin (Saturday, September 7) and Rwanda (Tuesday, September 10).
He will then join the team after the international matches with the national team.
