The Benin Cheetahs are currently experiencing injuries in their Ivory Coast camp ahead of their pivotal match against Nigeria.

Mohammed Tijani, the dependable centre back for the Cheetahs, has an ankle sprain, according to the most recent information from the team’s Abidjan camp.

In June, during the team’s 2026 World Cup qualifying match, Tijani was instrumental in helping them defeat the Super Eagles.
