The Ivorian government has awarded CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe the “Commander of National Order” Award.

The honour was given to him in Abidjan on Thursday by the Chancellor of National Orders and President Alassane Ouattara, the Head of State of Cote d’Ivoire.

It is the highest honour bestowed to a person by the Cote d’Ivoirean government.

Additionally, Veron Mosengo-Omba, the General Secretary of CAF, received the “Officer of the National Order” Award.
