Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola has said he is not part of the club’s players’ WhatsApp group and doesn’t even have a social media account on his phone.

“I don’t have WhatsApp. I don’t like emails, I don’t like WhatsApp, this kind of stuff… I just have a phone. No TikTok, no Twitter, no Instagram, nothing…”, Pep Guardiola said.

“Just my phone and my messages, that’s all !”, he added.

Asked how he manages to get news or go to Instagram or TikTok to scroll through videos, the former FC Bayern and FC Barcelona coach said he uses his daughters’ phone.

“When I want to go to Instagram or TikTok and scroll, I just go to my daughters and they allow me to use their phone (editor’s note).”
