England Man City held to a frustrating draw

At the Etihad Stadium, Manchester City were held to a goalless draw by a resilient and well-organized Inter Milan side. From the very start, City appeared out of sorts, struggling to find their usual rhythm. The game took a twist when Kevin De Bruyne was forced off with an injury, leaving City without their midfield maestro. Gundogan came on to replace him, but the team never fully recovered from the blow.

Erling Haaland, chasing his 100th goal, found himself frustrated throughout the game. Inter Milan’s tight defense gave him little room to maneuver, closing down any chance for the Norwegian to exploit gaps. Despite a few dangerous moments, Haaland was kept quiet, his milestone just out of reach.

Inter, on the other hand, grew in confidence as the game progressed. Their disciplined backline and composed midfield frustrated City, while they occasionally threatened on the counter-attack. City pushed for a late winner, but Inter held firm, leaving Pep Guardiola’s side to settle for a point
