The schedule for matchday three fixtures has been rescheduled by the Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL Board.
Three matches will now take place on Sunday, September 22. At Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina, Kano Pillars will entertain leaders Remo Stars, at Sunshine; at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, the defending champion Enugu Rangers will play Bayelsa United; and at Davidson Owunmi, Chief Operating Officer of the NPFL, the release was signed and copied to the relevant state football associations.
Matchday 3 takes place on Wednesday, October 2, and three of the remaining seven matches will be broadcast live on television.

Fans can watch Kwara United vs. Ikorodu City at Kwara Sports Complex, Ilorin, Nasarawa United vs. Lafia Township Stadium, Lafia, and Plateau United vs. El-Kanemi Warriors at Jos International Stadium, Jos, from the comfort of their own homes.
The remaining four games will take place at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin-City, where Bendel Insurance and Shooting Stars will renew their long-standing rivalry; at Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri, Heartland will host Katsina United; at Lafia Township Stadium in Lafia, Lobi Stars will play Rivers United; and at Enyimba, they will play Akwa United, their neighbours, in Aba.
