Situated approximately 19 kilometres outside of Benghazi, the nation’s capital, the facility is called Benina.
A 10,000-seat stadium with artificial turf was formerly known as Hugo Chávez Stadium.

The first meeting between the two nations takes place on Friday, October 11, at Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
On Tuesday, October 15, the teams meet in the city on the Mediterranean Sea.
The battle in Benina will begin at 8 p.m. Nigerian time, while the game in Uyo will start at 5 p.m.
After two rounds of games, Libya is still bottom of Group D.
They lost 1-2 to the Benin Republic’s Cheetahs in Abidjan and tied 1-1 against Rwanda at home in the Tripoli International Stadium.
After defeating Benin Republic 3-0 in Uyo on Matchday 1 and drawing scorelessly with Rwanda’s Amavubi in Kigali on Matchday 2, Nigeria leads the pool with four points.
