Barca’s manager, Hansi Flick, stated on Monday that the team will try to move past their first Champions League loss to AS Monaco by starting their best players against Young Boys on Tuesday.
Flick is hopeful that midfielder Frenkie de Jong can return as Barca look to bounce back after losing two games in ten days, one in the Champions League against Monaco and the other in La Liga against Osasuna.
The German manager has been dealing with an injury crisis, with players like Dani Olmo, Ronald Ara.

Due to an ankle ailment, Dutchman De Jong hasn’t played since April.
The 27-year-old missed the European Championship while recovering.
“To defeat Young Boys, we’ll play with the squad we think is the best.
“Yes, we lost the first game (at Monaco). But we can’t afford to be down,” Flick said to reporters.
“We have to recover our balance after the defeat at Osasuna. We have to build the game with fewer mistakes.
“Responsibilities must be assumed.
“We need fresh legs and Frenkie’s return is great news.
“Even if it’s just for five or 10 minutes. If he gets the chance, he’ll play.”
A seven-game winning streak was snapped in Osasuna, the team’s first domestic setback of the season, according to Flick, who said his decision to rest key starters had an impact on the game.
After suffering a 3-0 loss to Aston Villa in their first Champions League game at home, Young Boys were scheduled to go to Spain.
“I am positive we can win… we play good football – entertaining football,” Flick responded when asked if the five-time European Cup winners had lost respect following their loss in Monaco.
“And if we need to gain the respect of our opponents once again, we’re going to work hard on that.”
Flick added he is in contact with Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, who has reportedly agreed to come out of retirement to help Barca following first-choice Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s season-ending injury.
“Yes, I spoke with him, but I’m not going to say anything more.
” If he signs for Barca in the next few days at the next press conference we can talk about the issue, but not now.”
After their supporters were judged to have engaged in racist behaviour during their match against Monaco, Barcelona has been prohibited from selling tickets to its supporters for their upcoming Champions League away game, which takes place at Red Star Belgrade on November 6.
