The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced that registration for the Confederation Cup and Champions League is now closed.

The deadline for all teams that qualified for the competition’s group stage was announced earlier in September by the African football top body.

Enyimba International of Nigeria is one of the 16 qualified teams for the group stage.

The People’s Elephants secured their spot in the group stage after defeating Etoile Filante of Burkina Faso 3-2 in a penalty shootout during the second leg of the preliminary round.
