UEFA Champions League UCL: Frank Lampard’s opinion after PSG’s defeat!

UCL Frank Lampard's opinion after PSG's defeat!

Former Chelsea player and manager Frank Lampard has given his thoughts following Paris Saint-Germain’s defeat to Arsenal on matchday two of the Champions League.

Once again, Paris Saint-Germain lost away in the Champions League, this time against Arsenal (2-0), at the Emirates Stadium (London), this Tuesday. If Luis Enrique’s men raised their heads in the second half, without worrying Raya and the Gunners’ defense, they were swept around in the first half, conceding two goals in 15 minutes, by Kai Havertz (20th) then Bukayo Saka (35th). At least, that’s what Frank Lampard analyzed after the first 45 minutes of the match.

“It was difficult for them, they (PSG players) were taught a lesson by an Arsenal team that was physically better, more aggressive with and without the ball and quicker than them in their game. They failed to get their game going because Arsenal were so superior to them,” the former Chelsea player and manager told Amazon Prime in comments relayed by the Daily Mail.
