The much-anticipated CAF competition draw is scheduled to take place today, Monday, 7th October 2024, in Cairo, Egypt. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) will conduct the draw for both the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup and the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League, marking the beginning of the 2024/25 group stage battles in Africa’s top club competitions.
The draw will kick off with the CAF Confederation Cup Group Stage Draw at 13h00 Cairo time (10h00 GMT), followed by the CAF Champions League Draw an hour later at 14h00 local time (11h00 GMT). As per tradition, the clubs will be seeded into pots based on their CAF rankings, ensuring a fair and competitive draw for all.
