Nottingham Forest defeated West Ham 3-0 in Saturday’s Premier League match, with Ola Aina scoring a goal.

Aina last scored in a 2-0 victory for Forest over Aston Villa in November 2023.

Callum Hudson-Odoi (65 minutes) and Chris Wood (27 minutes) had scored the first and second goals, respectively, before Aina’s strike in the 78th minute placed Forest ahead 3-0.

With eleven minutes remaining, his Nigerian colleague Taiwo Awoniyi was substituted for the Super Eagles defender, who had been substituted out in the 89th minute.

With the victory, Forest moved up to third position in the league standings with 19 points.

Wilfred Ndidi played for Leicester, who held Ipswich Town to a 1-1 draw in another Premier League match.

Before Boubakry Soumare took his place in the 71st minute, Ndidi was in the starting lineup.

After ten games, the Foxes are currently in 15th place with 10 points.
